Is The Alkaline Diet a Scam?
I wanted to share with you something called the acid alkaline diet.
It is an angle on health and wellness that I started looking into a couple of years ago. No pills, no tricks and no expensive programs. It’s based on the scientific concept that your body’s pH levels have a direct and significant impact on your health.

So being the curious health nut that I am, I started this about a year ago and I lost just over 12 pounds in 2 weeks. The best part was that as I stuck to it, the weight stayed off.
